- The client wants to develop a portal where doctors and patients can create and manage their accounts.
- Doctors should be able to upload certificates while creating an account.
- There should be one panel where patients should be able to search for the doctors with the required filters and search.
- Patients should be able to book an online appointment from the portal itself.
- Patients should be able to pay for their appointment.
- Patients should be able to connect with the doctors by video conference and live chat.
- A panel should be there to view the history of the appointment.
- Doctors should be able to set the working hours and days.
Key Feature
- The Portal provides the following functionalities:
- Allow users to register on the portal
- Visualizations of the appointments
- Notifications and reminders for the appointments
- Creates a google calendar invitation, once the appointment is booked
- Users can add their relatives to the portal. So they don’t need to create separate accounts for the family members.
- Patients can view the doctor's profile including certificates.
- Patients can book appointments from the portal. They can pay online. Stripe and PSE were integrated as payment gateways.
- Physician users can set their working hours and day from the calendar view provided on the portal.
- Patient users can search the Physician (Doctors) with various filters like search, charges, rating, specialty, etc.
- The portal allows users to give ratings to the doctors once the appointment is completed.
- Patients and physicians can connect to the conference meeting (Online Checkups). We have integrated the Vonage and JITSI video conferences into the system.
